LibWorld is built and published by Spergs, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Reach us at privacy@spergs.com for anything privacy-related, or to point out something on this page that isn't accurate.

LibWorld runs on your servers. The packages you mirror, the cache you build, the audit logs it writes — all of it lives on your infrastructure. We don't receive it, see it, or have any access to it. There's no telemetry phoning home and no account required to run it.

If you expose your LibWorld instance to a network, you're the data controller for whatever it records (e.g. which clients pulled which artifacts). Configure access and retention to suit your environment.

The marketing site is a static site. We don't run ads, we don't sell data, and we don't set tracking cookies. Standard server access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) may be retained for security and aggregate traffic analysis, and deleted on a rolling basis.

External links — including the GitHub project and the notdsk credit in the footer — are governed by their own privacy policies.
