The website

This site is provided by Spergs, LLC for informational purposes. We try to keep it accurate, but it's provided "as is" without warranty. Don't use it to do anything unlawful or to disrupt the site for others.

The software

LibWorld is open-source software released under the MIT License. Your use of the software is governed by that license, which is included with the source. In short: you can use, copy, modify, and distribute it, the copyright notice must travel with it, and it comes with no warranty.

You are responsible for how you deploy and operate LibWorld, including respecting the terms and licenses of any upstream package repositories you mirror through it.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spergs, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website or the LibWorld software. The software is pre-alpha — don't rely on it for anything critical without testing it thoroughly in your own environment.
